Computational chemistry technician (theory and model building)

Work Detail

Utilizing theories and computational chemistry methods such as density functional theory, molecular orbital theory, molecular dynamics, and statistical thermodynamics, you will be responsible for elucidating semiconductor cleaning processes for the post-5G era at the molecular level, building theories and models that will guide process development, and setting up and maintaining the computational chemistry environment. The Cleaning Technology Development Department to which you will be assigned is the backbone of our cleaning technology development, and its mission is to maintain our number one global share of the semiconductor cleaning equipment market and develop innovative cleaning processes that are unmatched by any other company. *After joining the company, you are expected to work at SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions.

Ideal Profile

We offer a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, coating/developing, and heat treatment, and have the top global market share for cleaning equipment. To continue providing cleaning equipment that adds high added value to the semiconductor industry, which is attracting global attention, we are looking for people with knowledge of mechatronics, fluid measurement, fluid simulation, data analytics, etc., as well as PhDs interested in research and development in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry.

Satellite Laser Development Engineer

We develop payload equipment and satellites for the Space Debris Removal Project, which uses lasers to remotely control the attitude and orbit of space debris, and the Satellite LiDAR Project, which observes the Earth's surface by shining a laser at the ground from a satellite. We are looking for a development engineer for the laser, a key component of the Mission Department. Specific job duties are as follows: - Evaluation and verification of various optics (optical crystals, optical elements, optical components, etc.) - Laser assembly and adjustment - Evaluation, verification, and testing at the component and system levels - Evaluation, verification, and testing of optomechanics (mechanical and thermal environmental testing, etc.) - Verification and evaluation of space power supplies and driver development products - Heat dissipation system evaluation, verification, and testing support - Work related to assembly, evaluation, testing, and launch preparation of mission components, including lasers Note: We welcome candidates who wish to gain experience or master laser development through consultation with engineers with over 20 years of laser development experience. Furthermore, experience is not required for space-specific tasks not required for ground-based equipment development (thermal control systems, environmental testing, etc.), as support is available from engineers with over 30 years of satellite development experience.
