[Features] To achieve "quality assurance that doesn't rely on human intervention" through DX (Digital Transformation) in the inspection process, we are seeking individuals who can lead the creation of a system where continuous improvement is achieved by promoting the automation of inspections, inter-system data linkage, and data utilization! [Job Description] [Overview] Our department plans, develops, and implements inspection equipment and systems for finished vehicle inspection processes both domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for reviewing settings, inspections, and records that currently depend on human work, and promoting DX to create an environment where "errors are prevented and continuous improvement is achieved." [Details] ① DX planning and concept development for inspection processes (Designing mechanisms such as automatic data entry, automatic judgment, and data visualization) ② Requirements definition based on on-site business analysis (Organizing inspection flow/data items/system specifications) ③ Development and implementation of inspection systems (Software/hardware integration, connection with equipment and inspection machines) ④ Collection and integration of inspection performance data (Data linkage with upstream and downstream processes and internal/external systems) ⑤ Construction of visualization and analysis infrastructure (Defect analysis, traceability, and creation of mechanisms for implementing PDCA) ⑥ Improvement of existing processes (Reducing manual data entry and reinterpretation work, promoting automation) ■Expected role for this position: Member/Team Leader [Background of Recruitment] With the increasing sophistication of quality assurance and the complexity of vehicles, traditional manual inspection methods have reached their limits. Ideal Profile

【MUST (Required Qualifications)】 Candidates must have practical experience in one of the following areas: ■ Practical experience in production technology, inspection processes, or quality control in the manufacturing industry ■ Planning and launch experience in equipment and system implementation ■ Experience in using digital tools such as generation AI to solve problems and improve operational efficiency ■ Ability to structurally understand on-site issues and promote solutions while coordinating with stakeholders 【WANT (Preferred Qualifications)】 ■ Experience in manufacturing DX, IoT, and data utilization ■ Basic knowledge of software and databases ■ Knowledge of inspection equipment, PLCs, and communications ■ Project management experience
