Our company's mission is to "produce unique drug seeds as quickly as possible" and aims to create new drugs for diseases with high unmet needs. We will challenge ourselves to develop new drugs using our unique approach based on cell big data obtained by utilizing large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and advanced cell culture technology. We are looking for researchers who are motivated to save many patients through next-generation drug discovery and contribute to improving the quality of life. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks. ・Identifying drug discovery target molecules and acquiring biomarkers ・Constructing in vitro and in vivo systems to increase the efficiency of obtaining proof of concept (POC) ・Creating drugs that can be used in clinical trials, not only with small molecules but also with new modalities in mind, etc. There are also opportunities for collaborative research with other companies (including academia). Depending on your aptitude, you may be ordered to transfer to tasks specified by the company.

Ideal Profile

Required skills (We will also consult with you if you do not completely fit the following criteria) - Equivalent to a PhD in a science graduate school - A general understanding of pharmacology - Building an assay system using cells and screening drugs using it - Basic molecular biology and biochemistry skills necessary for conducting research Welcome skills - More than 5 years of drug discovery experience in a pharmaceutical company - Program management and CRO management skills - Experience studying abroad and able to communicate in English in the research field - Experience proposing new drug discovery themes - Pharmacist qualifications - Experience working with iPS cells (especially differentiation into the central nervous system) - Planning and implementation of in vivo pharmacological evaluation, ADME, and exploratory toxicity evaluation experience preferred - Drug concentration measurement using HPLC, LC/MS, etc.

Phd. Stating Salary

Determined based on experience, ability, age, etc. (annual salary of 6 million yen or more), salary increase once a year, overtime allowance
