[Features] We are seeking individuals who can lead the development of a customer-facing website and ensure its stable operation, in order to maximize CX (Customer Experience) as we undergo a full model change to become a mobility company. [Job Description] As a project manager on the development side, you will lead the development of a web application necessary to improve the CX of Toyota customers, from requirements definition to market introduction. Furthermore, you will work on continuous functional improvements and efficient operation even after market introduction. ・Definition of system requirements and specifications ・Coordination with related departments, including the domestic sales department ・Collaboration and management with development partners ・Leading system design and system evaluation ・Management of development schedule and development budget, etc. Development of a website for general customers Development-side project manager for a project of approximately 10 people/project size ■Expected role for this position: Team leader/manager [Background of Recruitment] As Toyota aims to transform into a mobility company and implement a software-first approach, we need individuals with expertise in areas previously absent within Toyota and with practical development experience.

Ideal Profile

■ Experience in designing and implementing systems utilizing public cloud ■ Experience in designing and implementing web applications ■ Project management experience (5 years or more) related to either of the above ■ Experience in developing and operating systems that require stable operation 24/7/365 ■ Ability to design architecture independently and control development with a technical approach ■ Experience in developing specific customer services (not R&D) and operating them for 5 years or more ■ Experience in agile software development, and experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master ■ Experience using tools such as source code management, project management, and issue tracking ■ Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity measures and secure coding ■ Holding certifications related to public cloud ■ English conversation skills equivalent to TOEIC 730 or higher
