We are seeking a Project Manager for a startup working on the social implementation of quantum computing! Job Summary You will be responsible for all aspects of product management for PhysiLenz, which is currently under development. * Customer problem identification * Dialogue with R&D departments of chemical and materials manufacturers * Understanding customer operations and formulating problem hypotheses * Designing and conducting user interviews * Market research and competitor analysis * Product strategy and planning * Product vision and roadmap formulation * New feature planning * Prioritizing customer requests and business strategy * Product KPI design * Development promotion * Requirements gathering with engineers and researchers * Product specification formulation * Development project promotion * Release plan formulation * Go-To-Market * Customer proposal support * PoC design and promotion * Implementation process design * Building mechanisms for customer success About PhysiLenz PhysiLenz is a research and development platform that integrates R&D data and knowledge in the chemical and materials development field to support researchers' decision-making. In many companies, research data, experimental results, simulation results, and know-how are scattered among individuals and organizations and are not fully utilized. PhysiLenz leverages LLM and physical models to build a knowledge base for research and development, creating an environment where researchers can make faster and better decisions. Currently, we are in the product launch and market exploration phase, evolving the product while validating value hypotheses through co-creation with customers. Recruitment Background PhysiLenz, currently under development, is exploring product fit in the market while conducting demonstrations and implementations with chemical and materials manufacturers. We are looking for someone who can't simply implement customer feedback. We are seeking a product manager who can understand the complex challenges in research and development, identify problems that even customers themselves haven't been able to articulate, and elevate them into reproducible value in the product.

Ideal Profile

Required Skills Candidates must meet one of the following criteria: * Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software * Experience in technical consulting * Experience in planning software and data platforms for research and development * Experience in business development in the technology domain In addition, * Ability to structure customer problems and formulate hypotheses * Experience making decisions in highly uncertain environments * Technical understanding to discuss with engineers and researchers Preferred Skills * Knowledge of chemistry, materials science, and computational science * Experience in product development utilizing AI/LLM * Experience in research and development DX * Experience in launching new businesses * Interest in quantum computing * Experience working at a startup Desired Candidate Profile * Enjoy situations without clear answers * Ability to discover the underlying issues behind customer requests * Curiosity about both technology and business * Ability to rapidly iterate through hypothesis building and testing * Ability to identify problems independently and drive progress while engaging others
