■ Job Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for the design, prototyping, and development of IoT systems optimized for on-site customer needs, combining our proprietary devices (THINKLET®, T-03, etc.), Raspberry Pi, various microcontrollers, and sensors. This role goes beyond simple "device development" or "application development," offering a vertically integrated approach to the entire IoT system, from AI processing on the edge to cloud integration using MQTT, and even the implementation of higher-layer functions such as remote control and AI dialogue. You will need the judgment to select the optimal technology considering cost, long-term operation, and scalability in response to customer needs. You will connect a wide range of technical areas, from rapid prototype development to the construction of practical systems for long-term operation spanning several years, providing value through system integration that captures customer needs. ■ Specific Job Responsibilities: 1. Ideal Profile
Required Skills/Experience - Practical experience controlling wearable devices, gadgets, and various sensors via a network. - Experience in team development using Git/GitHub. - Basic knowledge and implementation experience of network protocols and encryption. - Technical curiosity and verification ability to keep up with trends in new services, tools, and software, and to proactively conduct PoC (Proof of Concept) and verification. Preferred Skills/Experience 1. Device/Hardware Area - Selection of SoCs and microcontrollers according to requirements (consideration of I/O and hardcore processing). - Experience reading electronic circuit diagrams, understanding timing charts, and direct access to LSI registers. - Board design and ordering, and cost estimation from BOM (Bill of Materials). - Physical prototyping and processing skills such as soldering and harness fabrication. - Experience in identifying and addressing issues in mass production processes. 2. OS & Software Development Area - OS: Practical system development on microcontrollers / Linux system build and tuning - Apps & GUI: Android application development / GUI system development experience on Linux - Embedded Systems: Native development experience in embedded systems / Robotics control experience using ROS / ROS2 3. Communications & Cloud Area - Cloud: System construction on serverless configurations such as AWS, operation and maintenance experience of distributed databases / Design and construction of services that do not cause downtime (scalability and redundancy) - Communications: Service construction and operation experience using low-cost protocols such as MQTT / Communication analysis skills using a network analyzer. /Selection of physical layer according to requirements (network layer and protocol)/Basic knowledge and experience of encryption 4. AI and other boundary areas - Experience in building lightweight machine learning models, or implementation of API integration for general AI services - System design for long-term operation over several decades, and implementation of OTA systems considering load balancing Desired candidate profile - A genuine curiosity for manufacturing - Someone who can refine "tools for others" - Autonomy that allows you to enjoy uncertainty - A willingness to contribute to the team - Task management skills

Phd. Stating Salary
- Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥9,500,000 - Bonus (twice a year, performance-based) - Probationary period (generally 6 months) - Example salary: ¥364,000 - ¥675,000 per month Salary will be determined considering your previous salary.
