Drive development as a technical lead for Computer Vision Components in one or more projects (including requirements management, scheduling, task management, etc.) Develop and verify computer vision algorithms based on mission requirements Verification, integration, and release management on target hardware Participate in system testing and operation phases

Ideal Profile

8+ years of practical experience as a software engineer engaged in the design and implementation of algorithms, primarily focusing on numerical computation. Of which, 3+ years of experience in algorithm development and verification related to object detection in the computer vision field using image processing or signal processing. 5+ years of development experience in C or C++, and 3+ years of embedded software development experience. 3+ years of experience as a technical lead in a subsystem-level specialized area within a project, responsible for development promotion including requirements management, schedule management, and task management. Experience in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements specification formulation to design, test planning, and execution. Knowledge of the latest software development methodologies and SCM (such as Git). Ability to effectively plan and execute development while actively and collaboratively contributing within and outside the team. Understanding of modern software development processes such as Agile. Technical communication and presentation skills. English proficiency: TOEIC 750+, business-level Japanese proficiency. Knowledge of image recognition and signal processing utilizing machine learning and AI. Experience building 3D image simulation environments using Unity, Unreal Engine, etc. Experience in embedded Linux-based system development. Experience developing with scripting languages ​​such as Python.
