Efficiency improvement and streamlining of production activities in collaboration with each production site Management of quality, cost, and delivery time, and proposal and implementation of measures to improve these levels Production schedule adjustment and progress management, and cost management Establishment of safety management systems in production sites
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications Experience and achievements in the field of production management Experience in setting up production functions Experience in improvement projects in production activities Preferred Qualifications Experience as a production management manager in the manufacturing sector Experience in management consulting in the manufacturing sector Experience in budget control (budget management, budget-to-actual analysis) Individuals with a desire to expand the breeding of marine products using technologies such as genome editing, to create something unprecedented, and to change the world Individuals who approach their work with a sense of professionalism and can contribute to teamwork Individuals who can think of "how to do it" rather than "why it can't be done" Individuals who can quickly and efficiently advance work with a sense of urgency Individuals who want to actively engage in areas other than their assigned duties
