■ Job Responsibilities - Process development for MTJ elements - Thin film deposition and sample preparation for MTJ elements - Process development using external foundries * Scope of changes to job duties: All tasks as defined by the company ■ Organizational Mission Our group is responsible for the development of next-generation photodetectors, and our mission is to create entirely new optical devices. ■ Recruitment Background TDK is a leading company in electronic components and devices. Based on TDK's superior technology, we are expanding the development of devices for smart glasses and next-generation optical communication devices, which are new growth areas. We are developing new photodetectors by applying and expanding TDK's technologies, but we are short of engineers involved in the process and thin film deposition of MTJ (Magnetic Tunnel Junction) elements, which are used as the basic elements of photodetectors. This time, in order to strategically strengthen this field, we are recruiting engineers with experience in magnetic film development and the experience and flexibility to expand into new device development.

Ideal Profile

■Required Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in magnetic film development and evaluation. - English proficiency: Ability to read and write documents and emails (目安: TOEIC 600/CEFR B1) ■Preferred Qualifications - Ability to communicate with overseas clients and propose solutions to their problems.

Work Location

543 Odai, Saku City, Nagano Prefecture 385-8555, Asama Techno Factory *As a general employee, there is a possibility of relocation within the scope of the company's domestic and international business locations.

Phd. Stating Salary

• Wage System: Monthly salary • Wage Breakdown: Monthly salary (basic salary) 320,000 yen to 550,000 yen • Salary Increase: Yes (Once a year (April)) • Bonus: Yes (Twice a year (June and December)) • Overtime Pay: Yes (Paid in conjunction with overtime work) *The wages are only estimates and may fluctuate during the selection process.
