Drug discovery researchers are at the very top of the drug discovery process, covering everything from basic research to preclinical studies. They engage in daily research activities at locations around the world, including exploratory basic research that includes identifying flexible and efficient drug discovery opportunities through the "Focus Area" approach, cutting-edge drug discovery platform technology research, and development research that connects drug candidates to clinical trials.

Ideal Profile

Applicants must be able to join the company by the end of fiscal year 2026 and have already obtained or be expected to obtain a PhD by the time of joining. Applicants must be able to discuss in English with researchers from diverse backgrounds both inside and outside the company in a global environment, or have the desire to do so. Applicants must possess expertise in life sciences that can be utilized in translational science research such as analytical science and biomarkers.
