Work Detail

The drug discovery research position is the most upstream position in drug discovery, covering everything from basic research to non-clinical research. Through the "Focus Area" approach, we conduct exploratory basic research including the identification of flexible and efficient drug discovery opportunities, research on cutting-edge drug discovery fundamental technologies, and development research that connects development candidates to the clinic. We are engaged in research activities every day at our base.

Ideal Profile

Those who are able to join the company in 2026 and have obtained or are expected to obtain a doctoral degree by the time they join the company. Those who are able or willing to have discussions in English with researchers from diverse backgrounds both inside and outside the company in a global environment. Those who have expertise in the life science field that can be utilized in non-clinical safety research such as medicine, pharmacy, and veterinary medicine.
