■Company Overview MAZIN Inc. is a startup specializing in manufacturing and AI, with the mission of "building strong factories." Manufacturing is a massive industry, employing approximately 500 million people worldwide and accounting for 20% of total production. This industry will undergo major changes in the future due to challenges such as population decline and rising labor costs, as well as the rapid evolution of AI and robotics technologies. We believe that within a few years, a completely different landscape will become commonplace, with AI and humanoids at work in factories around the world. MAZIN is moving forward with speed at this turning point, positioning itself as a catalyst for innovation and striving to grow as a factory automation (FA) company building next-generation factories. ■Business Overview We are engaged in the following two businesses. 1. Industrial Machinery Development and Sales: Research, development, and sales of next-generation industrial machinery (machine tools, injection molding machines, etc.) equipped with AI. 2. Factory DX Services: Provide on-site support for factory DX by providing on-site support at customer factories. ■Job Description As our business expands, the number of R&D themes is increasing, and we are seeking engineers to work on these themes. ■Job Description - Research and development of next-generation technologies for factory automation - R&D themes will be provided, and you will work collaboratively with other engineers to advance them. ■Examples of themes you will be involved in - Data collection experiments using machine tools and injection molding machines - Algorithm development using statistical analysis and machine learning on collected data - Machine behavior modeling and characteristic evaluation experiments, etc. ■Attractive Points of the Position - Ability to collect data to be analyzed - Ability to develop data analysis algorithms based on machine behavior and physical phenomena during processing - Ability to implement developed algorithms into software for industrial equipment - Ability to directly receive customer feedback and incorporate it into product development
