At this turning point, MAZIN aims to drive innovation by rapidly advancing its business, striving to grow significantly as a factory automation (FA) company that builds next-generation factories. ▼Business Activities We operate the following two businesses: ① Industrial Machinery Development and Sales Business: This business involves the research, development, and sales of next-generation industrial machinery (machine tools, injection molding machines, etc.) equipped with AI. ② Factory DX Service Business: This business provides strong support for the digital transformation (DX) of customer factories by having staff permanently stationed at the customer's factory. ▼Job Description ■Recruitment Background Our company provides business efficiency improvement services in the field of equipment design (mechanical, electrical, control, etc.). Due to business expansion, we are recruiting a software engineer to handle the planning, design, development, and operation of business systems in collaboration with domain experts. ■Job Description You will be responsible for the development and operation of business systems that streamline development work in areas such as mechanical, electrical, control, and embedded software. You will work closely with domain experts (designers in each field) to deeply understand business challenges and then plan, design, and implement the optimal system. Specific tasks are as follows: ・Requirements definition and basic design in collaboration with domain experts ・Design, development, testing, and operation of business systems ・Planning and proposing systems to improve business efficiency ・Continuous improvement and operation of services (collection and reflection of user feedback) ・Integration of functions utilizing AI technologies such as LLM as needed Application Requirements (Required)
Ideal Profile
▼ Required Qualifications ・3+ years of software development experience (any language) ・Experience in requirements definition or basic design (experience in organizing requirements through direct communication with users and business departments) ・Strong communication skills in team development ▼ Preferred Qualifications ・Experience developing with Python ・Experience developing and operating in cloud environments (GCP / AWS / Azure, etc.) ・Interest in or experience using AI/LLM ・Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, etc.) ▼ Desired Candidate Profile ・Product-Oriented: Someone who finds joy in solving business problems with technology rather than the technology itself ・Self-Reliant: Someone who can think and act independently rather than waiting for instructions ・Speed-Oriented: Someone who can release quickly and iterate on improvements rather than striving for perfection ・Willingness to Learn: Someone who can actively learn unfamiliar domains and technologies
