■Company Overview MAZIN Inc. is a startup company specializing in manufacturing x AI, with the mission of "building strong factories." As of the end of 2024, the company has 20 employees and plans to increase to 50 employees by 2025. It is a growing company that has attracted attention, such as being selected as one of the 100 amazing ventures. The manufacturing industry is a huge industry that employs approximately 500 million people worldwide and accounts for 20% of total production. The manufacturing industry will change significantly in the future due to issues such as population decline and rising labor costs, as well as the rapid evolution of AI/robotics technology. We believe that within a few years, a completely different landscape will become commonplace, where AI and humanoids are active in factories around the world. MAZIN is trying to grow significantly as a FA (factory automation) company that creates next-generation factories by promoting its business with a sense of speed at this point of change and taking a position of innovation. ■Business Content We are engaged in the following two businesses. ① Industrial machinery development and sales business: Research, development and sales of next-generation industrial machinery (machine tools, injection molding machines, etc.) equipped with AI. ② Factory DX service business: A business that is stationed at customers' factories and strongly supports the DX of factories. ■Recruitment details As the business expands, the number of research and development themes is increasing, so we are looking for engineers who can take charge of the themes. ■Job content - Research and development of next-generation technologies to automate factories - We will give you a research and development theme, so you will work together with other engineers to advance it ■Examples of themes you will be involved in - Data collection experiments using machine tools and injection molding machines - Algorithm development using statistical analysis and machine learning for collected data - Modeling of machine behavior and characteristic evaluation experiments, etc. ■Attractiveness of the position - You can collect the data to be analyzed yourself - You can think of data analysis algorithms based on the behavior of the machine and physical phenomena during processing - You can implement the developed algorithm in software on industrial equipment - You can receive customer feedback directly and use it in product development
