At this turning point, MAZIN aims to drive innovation by rapidly advancing its business, striving to grow significantly as a factory automation (FA) company that builds next-generation factories. ■Business Activities We operate the following two businesses: ① Industrial Machinery Development and Sales Business: This business involves the research, development, and sales of next-generation industrial machinery (machine tools, injection molding machines, etc.) equipped with AI. ② Factory DX Service Business: This business provides strong support for factory DX (digital transformation) by having staff stationed at customer factories. ■ Recruitment Details: Due to business expansion, the number of research and development themes is increasing, and we are recruiting engineers to take on these themes. ■ Job Description: ・Research and development of next-generation technologies for factory automation ・You will be assigned a research and development theme and will work in cooperation with other engineers to advance it. ■ Examples of Themes You Will Be Involved In: ・Data collection experiments using machine tools and injection molding machines ・Algorithm development using statistical analysis and machine learning on collected data ・Modeling of machine behavior and characteristic evaluation experiments, etc. ■ Position Highlights: ・You can collect the data to be analyzed yourself. ・You can devise data analysis algorithms based on machine behavior and physical phenomena during processing. ・You can implement developed algorithms into industrial equipment as software. ・You can directly receive customer feedback and utilize it in product development.

Work Location

Tsukuba Research Institute 15-minute walk from Tsukuba Station (bus available) Accommodation allowance and relocation allowance provided Remote work is permitted up to twice a week.

Phd. Stating Salary

Annual salary: 5 million to 10 million yen *Annual salary will vary depending on skills and experience.
