As an AI engineer in the LLM/NLP field in the R&D department, you will work with CEO Yonekura and other engineers to carry out the following tasks in research and development and software development related to LLM (large-scale language models) and natural language processing. Basic/applied research and development and general software development related to our company's large-scale language models Prompt engineering for our company's large-scale language models General development work related to our company's business and products PoC and design and development to put AI projects that have confirmed their feasibility through PoC into practical operation, etc.

Ideal Profile

Eligibility (MUST) Those who meet all of the following experience Academic background or practical experience in large-scale language models/natural language processing Development experience using Python/SQL/machine learning Reading and writing level of English Experience using cloud Eligibility (WANT) Experience in research and development or product development related to natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing Master's/PhD in the field of natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing, or experience writing papers/books Experience training medium-sized or larger language models Experience as a leader/manager in development teams/projects Experience in front-end development and back-end development Experience with our technical environment such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Firebase, etc. Experience presenting research at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals Experience using AWS/GCP/Azure Experience performing work in English Desired profile Those who can empathize with our mission to realize a world where people can focus on creative work by eliminating labor We want to achieve our mission as soon as possible Someone who can work with speed and professionalism to achieve this.
