As a lead engineer in the LLM/NLP field in the R&D department, you will work with the CEO, project managers, AI engineers, etc. to carry out the following tasks in research and development of our company's LLM (large-scale language model) and natural language processing. General research and development work for our company's large-scale language model Prompt engineering for our company's large-scale language model Basic/applied research and development and software development related to large-scale language models Design and development of PoC and AI projects whose feasibility has been confirmed through PoC to put into practical use Team management including progress management of development members, development lead, and technical guidance Various coordination and communication with the product development team, business department, and clients, etc.

Ideal Profile

Eligibility (MUST) Academic background or practical experience in large-scale language models/natural language processing Experience in research and development or product development related to natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing Development experience using Python/SQL/machine learning Reading and writing level English Experience using cloud services (For contract workers) Available to work 24 hours or more per week between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays Eligibility (WANT) Master's/PhD in the field of natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing, or experience writing a paper or book Experience training medium-sized or larger language models Experience as a leader or manager in a development team/project Experience in front-end development and back-end development Experience with our technical environment, such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Firebase, etc. is preferred Experience in specification adjustment and requirement definition with customers or business departments Experience presenting research at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals Experience using AWS/GCP/Azure Experience performing work in English Desired profile Mission: to realize a world where people can focus on creative work without labor Someone who can empathize with this Someone who can work with a sense of speed and professionalism to achieve our mission as soon as possible Someone who can constantly seek out thorough efficiency improvements that should be spread around the world Someone who can immediately execute what they decide to do Someone who can keep coming up with ideas that can turn "can't" into "can" and then execute them Someone who can flexibly tackle problems without being tied to the means Someone who has no problems communicating or carrying out work while working remotely
