As a lead engineer in the LLM/NLP field in the R&D department, I will be responsible for the following tasks in research and development related to our company's LLM (Large-Scale Language Model) and natural language processing, while collaborating with the CEO, project manager, AI engineer, etc. <Specific job details> General research and development work for in-house large-scale language models Prompt engineering in your own large-scale language model Basic/applied research and development and software development related to large-scale language models PoC and design and development to put AI projects whose feasibility has been confirmed through PoC into actual operation. Team management such as progress management of development members, development lead, technical guidance, etc. Various coordination and communication with product development teams, business departments, and clients, etc.

Ideal Profile

Application qualifications (MUST) Academic background or practical experience in large-scale language models/natural language processing Experience in research and development and product development related to natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing Development experience using Python/SQL/machine learning reading and writing level english Cloud usage experience (For those who are outsourced) Those who can work for more than 24 hours a week between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Application qualifications (WANT) Master's/PhD degree in the area of ​​natural language processing/language models/speech recognition/speech processing, or experience in writing papers/books. Experience in training medium-sized or larger language models Leader/manager experience in development teams/projects Experience in front-end and back-end development Experience with our technology environment such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Firebase, etc. is a plus.
