We always look ahead and work to develop cutting-edge technology. In addition, in collaboration with other departments, as a key person in equipment development, we identify issues in the customer's processes and work to resolve them. You need not only technical skills, but also the ability to involve others, such as communicating with customers and collaborating with other engineers. Furthermore, we provide post-delivery support to further improve performance.Even after delivery, we regularly conduct interviews with customers and gather information to understand new needs and lead to the development of next-generation equipment. *After joining the company, it is assumed that you will work at SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions.

Our company provides a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing equipment for cleaning, coating/developing, heat treatment, etc., and has the world's top share in cleaning equipment. In order to continue to provide cleaning equipment that brings high added value to the semiconductor industry, which is attracting attention worldwide, we are working not only with people with knowledge of mechatronics, fluid measurement, fluid simulation, and data analytics, but also with semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We are looking for PhDs who are interested in research and development in the industry.
