We are looking for researchers to join us in developing platform technologies for data-driven drug discovery and the practical application of regenerative medicine. Our single-cell transcriptome analysis technology achieved the highest accuracy score at the 2020 international benchmark competition. Our large-scale bulk transcriptome analysis technology also boasts throughput several dozen times higher than conventional RNA-seq technology. [Specifically] - Research to improve the quantitative and qualitative throughput of single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology, achieving efficiency improvements of more than one order of magnitude compared to current levels. - Research to enhance core technologies through laboratory automation and significantly improve the data acquisition process. - Technological development to expand acquired data, such as the introduction of high-throughput technology that simultaneously measures omics information other than transcriptome. - Development of new single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology. [Other ongoing research projects at our company] - In-house research on cell control that integrates single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and cell culture optimization technology to improve culture condition screening throughput by more than two orders of magnitude compared to current levels. - "Multiple types of cell lines × In-house research to acquire genetic profile data and metadata for various cell states and build our own integrated database. Joint research with other companies (including academia) to conduct phenotypic drug discovery and clinical biomarker discovery using single-cell and large-scale transcriptome data.
