[Job Description] As a sales and business development manager, you will be involved in sales activities to achieve sales targets, market formation, and business model planning and execution. Depending on your skills and interests, you will be responsible for some of the tasks such as sales, account management, marketing, and project management as a leader. You will also be actively involved in the strategy planning of the entire company. This position allows you to work not only on our business as a startup, but also on the rewarding mission of "launching a new industry" and "implementing new technologies in society." You will gain valuable experience as a pioneer in the quantum computer business, which is a growing area worldwide. [Job Details] -Planning, strategy planning and execution of quantum computer business -Development and proposal activities for B2B customers (including top management) -Continuous communication and relationship building with client companies -Planning and promoting collaboration and alliances with domestic and international technology partners and stakeholders -Communicating and spreading the value of quantum computers to the market *The above is an example of the tasks you will be entrusted with.

Ideal Profile

REQUIRED SKILLS - General knowledge of management (understanding of the structure of financial statements and business plans) - Ability to make persuasive presentations and create materials - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Daily conversation level English conversation skills PREFERRED SKILLS - Practical experience in sales and business development in the technology industry - Project management experience (small scale acceptable) - Experience managing a community/consortium - B2B sales experience or sales network - Business level English conversation skills - Passionate about starting up new industries and implementing new technologies in society - High interest and commitment in the growth of the company and the achievement of results, and the ability to lead - Value teamwork and be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds - Flexible in adapting to change and enjoying new challenges
