You will be responsible for everything from process planning to the development and introduction of production equipment in preparation for the start of production of new vehicles. You will also formulate and execute assurance plans for critical vehicle functions. All Toyota plants, both domestic and international, are your workplace. Ultimately, we work with equipment manufacturers to set up new equipment and modify existing lines in preparation for new vehicle production. Beyond equipment introduction, you will be involved in guaranteeing the quality of the vehicle, and your broad range of activities are required, from quality assurance at in-house assembly plants in new vehicle launch operations to guaranteeing the quality of parts from suppliers. Ideal Profile

【MUST (Required Qualifications)】 Candidates must have experience in one of the following areas (this will be verified through work history): ■ Experience in introducing and improving factory production equipment ■ Experience in maintaining and repairing factory production equipment ■ Experience in equipment development (any genre) 【WANT (Preferred Qualifications)】 ■ Project management experience ■ Experience in factory automation ■ Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems ■ Experience or basic knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. ■ Data analysis skills (Excel function level)
