Existing Research Themes Each research institute works in various fields. (Work location varies depending on the research field.) Applications are accepted for all themes in each research institute's technology field. Advanced Technology Research Institute (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture) We conduct research and development of core and cutting-edge technologies across a wide range of business fields within the Mitsubishi Electric Group. We provide key technologies that are pioneering a new era in fields such as power electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, environment, materials, energy, devices, and systems. • Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Energy • Mechatronics • Devices • Materials, Analysis, Reliability Evaluation • Sensing, AI, Data Analysis, Information Science • Information Systems Information Technology Research Institute (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture) We create cutting-edge technologies that contribute to people and society, from artificial satellites and radar systems to security technologies in various fields and AI. Along with research and development in information, media intelligence, and optical/radio wave/communication technology, we also conduct proposal-based development utilizing IT. • AI, Data Analysis, Information Science • Sensing • Optical/Radio Wave/Electronic Devices • Information Systems, Communication, Networks • Quantum Technology Integrated Design Institute (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture) We create innovative and user-friendly products by utilizing technologies that prioritize user experience, such as UX design, solution design, product design, and interaction design. Other Research Themes (Open to all disciplines) In addition to research themes at each institute, it is also possible to explore research fields that we have not yet addressed or new business opportunities. Reference: Payment record for FY2025 Salary: Monthly salary of 330,000 yen or more, determined based on experience and ability Salary increase: Based on performance and evaluation Bonus: Paid twice a year (summer and winter)
