Work Detail
“Research and development on 1 MeV ion beam for ITER HNB” supported by International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor Research and Development Grant We will carry out research and development work related to the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing necessary for the procurement of a 1 MeV accelerator for ITER's heating neutral particle injector (HNB) related to the ITER project, as well as proceed with equipment production.
Ideal Profile
1) Those who have obtained or are expected to obtain a doctoral degree in science as of the date of employment. 2) Persons with research and development experience related to ion source plasma, ion beam, or vacuum equipment that handles ions. 3) Persons who can communicate in English in order to collaborate with the ITER organization, etc. 4) Those who are willing to participate in research groups and experiments at the ITER organization

Annual salary system, determined based on the organization's regulations (Model annual income: https://www.qst.go.jp/soshiki/8/31698.html) *For those over the age of 60, the maximum annual compensation is approximately 4.2 million yen, including dependent allowance.
