・Planning and execution of joint development with external researchers ・Collect information on future technologies and new applications related to basic/drug discovery/medical fields (pathology/ART) ・Principle verification experiment of technology using biosamples
Ideal Profile
Mandatory requirements All of the following requirements must be met. ・Be able to proactively plan and implement new fields of entry and elemental technology development, including joint development. ・Ability to think independently and take action when it comes to new things and creating new systems. ・Must be comfortable working in English. One or more of the following must be met - Experience in developing products (devices/applications) related to bioimaging or pathology/ART market. (equivalent to over 3 years) ・Must have research and development experience related to the bio field or pathology/ART market. (equivalent to over 3 years) ・Have specialized research experience using bioimaging. (equivalent to completion of doctoral course) welcome requirements ■ Have development experience at a company (pharmaceutical, bioventure, diagnostic drug manufacturer, etc.). ■ Have development experience based on ISO13485/IEC62304. ■ Familiar with medical device applications and laws and regulations. ■ Ability to research new technologies related to optics and image processing and deploy them for technology introduction and application development. ■ High interpersonal communication skills. ■ TOEIC 800 points or more The person you are looking for ■ We are looking for someone who can proactively work on solving problems that cross specialized fields. ■ We would like to work with people who are interested in the business of the Nikon Healthcare Division, who find it interesting to explore technologies to open up new businesses, and who enjoy the challenge.
